Contact
Email hello@briskfile.com. It is read by a person, and there is no form to fill in — a contact form would need a server to receive it, and this site does not have one.
Worth getting in touch about
- A file that converted wrongly. The most useful thing you can say is which format you started from, which you asked for, and what came out. Photos from phones are the usual culprits — orientation and colour profiles vary more than they should.
- A size or passport preset that looks wrong. Every preset links the official source it came from. If a specification has changed, that is worth knowing quickly: a wrong number here costs someone a rejected application, not just a bad crop.
- A tool you expected and could not find. Genuinely useful for deciding what gets built next.
- Anything about privacy. Including telling us we have got something wrong. See the privacy page for what is and is not collected.
About BriskFile
BriskFile is a small independent project, not a company. It exists because every other file converter asks you to upload a private document to a stranger's server, wait, and then hope it is deleted afterwards. That is an absurd amount of trust to ask for something a browser can do by itself in under a second.
So nothing is uploaded. The conversion code runs on your own device, which is why the site works with no network at all once installed, and why there is no account to make and no file size limit to hit. You can verify the claim rather than take it on faith — how it works explains where to look.
It is paid for by advertising on these pages, which is what keeps every tool free with no sign-up and no watermark. Your files are never part of that.
