BriskFile

Privacy

BriskFile is published by BriskLabz. Throughout this policy, “we” means BriskLabz, and questions about it can go to hello@briskfile.com.

Your files

BriskFile never receives your files. Every conversion happens inside your browser, on your own device. There is no upload endpoint, no storage bucket and no processing server — not one we promise to delete things from, but one that does not exist.

You can confirm this yourself in about ten seconds: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab while you convert something, or simply disconnect from the internet and convert anyway. Both work.

Advertising

This site is paid for by advertising. If you accept cookies, our advertising partners may set them to measure and personalise the ads you see. If you reject, ads are still shown but are not personalised, and no advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies.

Advertising partners see the usual things any website request carries — your IP address, your browser's user agent, and which page you are on. They do not and cannot see anything about your files, because your files are never part of any request.

Analytics

We record aggregate page views to know which tools people use. This is subject to the same consent choice as advertising, and it never includes filenames, file contents or anything derived from them.

What we store on your device

Your images are held in memory while you are working on them and released when you close or reload the tab. They are never written to browser storage.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will say so on this page. The first line — that your files are never uploaded — is a property of how the site is built, not a promise we could quietly withdraw.
